Ron Sewell

Tai Chi for health is a wonderful way to improve and enhance your emotional and physical well being. Ron Sewell has years of experience teaching all levels of the Yang cheng-fu. original, classical long form of Tai Chi.

 

The benefits of performing Tai Chi are manifold and to outline them all would take pages, however some of them are:

  • Reduces stress and creates a tranquil state of mind
  • Stimulates well being to all organs of the body

After an accident in his ’40’s, Ron discovered Tai Chi as a way back to reasonable physical health and fitness.

He has been practicing this Art now for over 20 years and has decided to share his knowledge with inhabitants of and visitors to Bonaire in the form of one hour Tai Chi classes that take place every day at 8.00 am at his home next to the sea.

Whether someone just wants to find out about Tai Chi and whether it’s for them, or whether they become engrossed and want to continue to a high level, Ron is glad to teach.

This is a powerful art form for that is suitable for young and old alike, but particularly older people with some disabilities to conquer and for males or females irrespective to physical capability.
